The Old Coach House

The Old Coach House is a rural, Northamptonshire stone built public house with a converted stable building containing 11 en-suite letting rooms. The project brief was to provide 3 different schemes for the 11 letting rooms to give a comfortable, cosy and inviting rural room that would encourage repeat business and maximise the image of the public house whilst complementing the scheme of our previous renovation of the main public bars and restaurant areas undertaken, by myself, in 2010. This particular project was cost conscious but through sourcing the right suppliers and materials and working closely with the architect I managed to effectively meet the project brief, much to the delight of the client and the now visiting guests.
