The Flying Elephant Solihull

The Flying Elephant is a large pub in the centre of Solihull with the added benefit of good parking and garden. The brief was to update the interior whilst allowing for a new Indian bar and grill nmenu and updated larger kitchen to accommodate the new cooking requirements. The new interior is a colourful mix of finishes and materials to give a contemporary pub feel for the new menu and by extending the kitchen inwards to where the carvery once was we created an nopen kitchen and new point of interest. By painting the existing bar and adding brick tiles and mirrors to the back bar, a new gantry and new lighting it gave a whole new feel to the bar without the expense of building a new bar. This combined with new furnishings, artwork and wall finishes throughout gave a whole new feel to the pub which has had great reviews on Trip Advisor for both the interior and the great food.
