Chequers Beach Huts

Chequers is a warm and welcoming privately owned pub with an excellent food offering and a friendly local atmosphere. The brief was to expand on architects plans for the pub garden, working on a beach hut theme to bring colour and excitement, to provide a lighting scheme and bring the garden together with colour, furniture, bespoke lighting, flooring and accessories. The owners wanted to provide a personal, exclusive, rentable space for dinners to give them a unique outdoor pub dining experience available for a good proportion of the year with the use of outdoor heaters. The huts are proving to be hugely popular and are a local talking point drawing much interest.
